About the exhibition, Port Cities - Multicultural Emporiums of Asia, 1500 - 1900
Traders and migrants, jewelry and multicoloured cottons, languages and commerce - port cities mix people, merchandise and ideas. This special exhibition paints a picture of life through photographs, paintings, costumes, luxury goods, and everyday objects. Disembark at ACM for a view of hybrid cultures, ingenuity, and global trends bred in these cosmopolitan centres.
A minimum of 15 people is needed to proceed. Registration closes a day before each tour. If the event is cancelled, full refund will be made to participants who have purchased tickets.
