National  Museums Liverpool believes in the concept of social justice and the power of museums to change people’s lives for the better. Our Venues, exhibitions and educational resources focus on connecting with the diverse needs of local communities, and we have  developed a reputation as the caring museum.

This lecture will explore how we  approach inclusive community engagement and will highlight  the House of Memories programme, which we created to support our aging society and the growing number of people living with dementia in the UK.
